Cancellation Policy
We asked that you provide us with 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointments.
We reserve the right to charge for any appointments missed or canceled in less than 24 hours.
This will give us time to book another client into your time slot.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
30% LATE CANCELLATION
50% SAME DAY CANCELLATION
70% NO-SHOW FEE
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service we may not be able to accommodate you.
In this case, we will need to charge a cancelation or no-show fee.
