Cancellation Policy
I reserve this dedicated time just for you. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so I have time to fill your spot.
Cancellation Fees:
•30% Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
•50% Fee: Same-day cancellations.
•70% Fee: No-shows.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule if there is not enough time remaining to complete your service. In this event, it is considered a same-day cancellation and the 50% fee will apply.
